Well, I tried to get as many people as I could to join, but at least there are a few new people. Personally, i'd like at least 100 to predict every week, but over 60 is some improvment this week.

Yes I would love to have over 100 too.

61 so far so they will all be in first round, a lucky three will get byes unless some enter soon

Spudster takes the early lead to the new season with 80 points. mcneily and levy are joint 2nd with 75. stujones and steve689 top the chasing group on 70.

Making predicitons this week didn't do my cup hopes any help, as I crash out to bigbadbri. I've got to get out of some sort of negative Calvanist rut I'm getting into. I've predicted against both Woods and Anderson now purely because I wanted them to win, and thought, well, if they win, fantastic, if they lose, at least I pick up some points for the prediction league

No way. I'm going to try and predict each week and take your crown!! I'm going to stick to my normal method of picking all my choices in under a minute! :box:

I went with my heart and picked Sprotty and RJJ too...should be more professional if I'm going to take the crown!!

55 points for me this week, not too bad for my standards. I'm surprised Johnson won by stoppage and who ever predicts a draw? :-?

I'm the opposite. I start at oblivion and fall away from there

Well, an absoloute flop for last season's 3rd placed, and cup winner. 50 points this week. I don't know whether i'm still in the cup either as I got the same points as my opponent.

Need to get on track next week, big time.

To be honest mate this week was quite a predictable one in my opinion for the fights that were on offer. It was 100% certain that Byrd would win UD for example and that Tarver would beat Jones, Valuev beat Donald etc.

I actually went for a Byrd stoppage, I know he cannot punch - but I thought Williamson is chinny and Byrd might score a rare KO.
